Now studying at School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), Illinois, USA

Today, I might not be qualified to call myself an artist, but I’m sure I can call myself an enthusiastic learner. Art with me has grown all these years, and when I look back at my work, I can see myself progress which has only motivated me to work harder and keep getting better by the day and with most of my life ahead of me, I can’t wait to learn and explore about my passion for art.

I enjoy expressing myself through art more than I do in any other way.

I am almost 17, and I have been painting for as long as I can remember.

Ever since I was a child, I have loved the idea of creating art.

I am not much of a keeper, I gave up on a lot of activities I was made to do, but the fact that I never stopped using a pencil to portray my thoughts in form of figures made me realize how this was it.

In terms of what I create as art, my paintings are quite similar in a number of aspects.

I love playing with colors, which can be seen in most of the paintings I’ve created so far. Art, as we know, can express a variety of feelings and emotions. The way a person perceives an artifact is very subjective, but when it comes to my idea of art, I often strive to create paintings that evoke nothing, but positive and happy feelings when looked at.

Also, most of my paintings are very abstract in nature, there are very few paintings of mine that are anything close to realism. The reason behind the same is also associated with my attempt to portray optimism and my belief that happiness is abstract.
